Ideal for monitoring up to 10 locations
This option is for anyone that has less than ten locations to monitor such as home, small business, smaller IT shops.
When you sign up, you can download and install an agent instantly or you can order a hardware agent if you prefer.
You can also mix and match software and hardware agents for different locations.
Example, hardware agent at the office or cabin, software agent on your Windows/Linux machine at home/office.
For Organizations
Monitor more than 10 locations with advanced features
This option is for organizations that wish to monitor more than ten locations.
The sign up process includes purchasing ten licenses minimum. Once completed, you can install any combination of software or hardware agents.
Hardware agents must be ordered and are a one time cost.
Discounts apply for licenses and hardware agents when signed up as an organization.
ACTIVATION EMAIL: If you do not receive your sign up activation email, please try whitelisting the domain isptracker.com and unrealmachines.com with your email provider.
Sending an email to noreply@isptracker.com and noreply@unrealmachines.com with subject ‘whitelist’ should do the trick. If not, please file a complaint with your mail provider that these domains are legitimate, non spamming services.

ISP Tracker provides Internet connectivity troubleshooting solutions in the form of software which we call the agent. The agent software is by Echo Networks LLC and can be installed on PCs and servers running Windows 7/8/10, Linux, ARM and other embedded devices. The agent is optionally available on a small hardware device for those that do not or cannot keep a PC/server running 24/7.
ISP Tracker does not offer Internet access services, nor does it alter or change Internet services in any way. ISP Tracker does not track personal usage, only the performance of the Internet service and provider, meaning, the connectivity. Please review our privacy statement.
All efforts are made to ensure that services are continuously available. You hold Echo Networks LLC free of all responsibilities in cases where this cannot be done. You agree not to hold Echo Networks LLC responsible for any damages, loss of revenue, or any other losses resulting from outages, errors, omissions, inaccuracy of data or any other event or condition relating to use of this service.
